15. Bank Statements - I will need copies of the last 2 months bank statements for anyone listed on the mortgage, and a copy of each new month's bank statement until closing. I will give these to your lender(s). Lenders require that no bank statement on file be more than 45 days old.
16. Pay Stubs - I will need copies of the last 2 pay stubs for anyone listed on the mortgage. I will give these to your lender(s). They can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. I will need a copy of each new pay stub until closing. Lenders require that no pay stub on file be more than 45 days old.
- If you are paid via direct deposit, sign a letter describing that you have direct deposit and on which days of the month. These dates should be verified by your bank statement.
- If anyone listed on the mortgage is self-employed I will need signed copies of your last 2 years P&L statements.
- If anyone listed on the mortgage is unemployed, I will need a signed letter stating you have no income.
